HELLO SIR/MADAM : CURRENTLY MY MOTHER'S INSURANCE NUMBER IS 10382292 . I HAVE PAID MY MOTHER'S INSURANCE THROUGH ONLINE PAYMENT ON 1 OCTOBER 2013. BUT IT IS NOT AND ALL WORKING.. IT STILL SHOWS THAT I SHOULD PAY THE AMOUNT. IS PAYMENT THROUGH THE ONLINE IS WASTE. WHAT ABOUT OUR MONEY. IF RELIANCE DOES THE SAME, WE ARE GOING TO REMOVE OUR INSURANCE FROM RELIANCE INSURANCE. ALREADY WE HAVE FILED THE COMPLAINT IN CONSUMER COMPLAINTS, ABOUT THIS ONLINE PAY IN RELIANCE. BUT IT IS NOT AND ALL TAKEN CARE. PLEASE MAKE THE IMMEDIATE UPDATE OF MY ONLINE PAY.. PALLAVI MADAM FROM RELIANCE HAS CONTACTED ME. AND SHE ASKED THE STATEMENT. I HAVE PROVIDED THE BANK STATEMENT. SHE SAID THE ONLINE PAYMENT FIRST GOES TO SBI BANK, LATER ONLY IT REACHES THEM. SO ONLY WHEN THE AMOUNT GET REACHES THEM, THE UPDATION WAS MADE AS PAID. IN RELIANCE LIFE INSURANCE ONLINE PAYMENT TAKES FOUR OR SEVEN DAYS FOR THE UPDATION AS IT IS PAID.
