Yesterday i had visited Reliance lic brach near Sikandarpur metro station Mehrali road and meet to Mr. Ashok he had suggest me and given your mail ID.

Pls. help in this regard.

Dear Mr. Amitab,

This is to inform you that regarding of my cancelation of policy. I had
submitted writen application on 06th Aug branch office near Sikandarpur
matro station. but my application had rejected. I had visit near branch he
said me cancellation of the policy can be done within the free look period,
which is 15 days from the date of receipt of policy document.


But sir I have not received policy document today till date, i had continues
follow-up in this regard but lastly i had submitted cancelation form on 06th
Aug 2011. My request no. is [protected].
