RLIC/ CASH FLOW PLAN- SPECIAL Complaints -My medical cashless card LG 200L Fridge as gift Dear Team, On the suggestion of Mr. Raj Kumar Khurana & his team, I have taken a policy of Reliance Life Insurance as Cash Flow Plan on his suggestion only because he told me that he is a senior sales manager of Reliance Life Insurance Company mob no: +91-[protected] and his Emp id: E05522. More than 10 times he had spoken to me on phone and forced me to buy this policy because a lot of my requirement fulfill in this policy as he told me: Plan: Cash Flow Plan (Special Company offer for me offers additional bonus, medical benefits- cashless card and Sure LG 200L Fridge as gift) but the bond papers show 22 years. I had filled the 7 year term policy & when I spoke to Rahul & Pooja they told me no its not like this you will get the same benefits as was told to you. Premium yearly: 20,000 Sum Assured: 290000 Policy term: 7 years Fixed Money back: first on after 4th year and next after 3years. Additional Bonus: minimum 6% Maturity terms: minimum after 7 years Medical benefits-Cashless cards - for whole family blood relation- 290000 each Gift: LG 200L Fridge as gift Gift Code: RF055132R I have purchased this policy on the suggestion of RLIC SSM Mr. Raj Kumar Khurana on dated 16.12.2010 by paying the cheque of dated 16.12.2010, cheque no 4385441 in the name of my wife Sanjana Malik and filled & signed application form to Mr. Kaushal Collection man of RLIC working under Raj Khurana. My Policy Commenced on dated 21.12.2010 as policy No: 18297745 I have always talked to Mr. Khurana regarding my policy bond paper, cashless card and my gift about 125 + times. Mr. Khurana ensured me frequently that Welcome Team from RLIC comes to your door and give your Policy bond paper, cashless card and Double door Refrigerator as gift till 2-3 Feb by evening any how. I received my bond papers in Feb but till today I have not received my cashless cards and gift. I don't know anything more about Raj Khurana that is he really RLIC employee or third party, but he told me always that I am RLIC Sales manager on RLIC payroll. From 22th Dec 2010 to 25th Jan 2011, i got a lot of call from Reliance people from reliance land line number about purchase policy, medical investigation, personal, family details investigation, acknowledged about my gift id regarding my policy plan. I have spoken on the number of RIL [protected] 100 times from March’2011 till today i.e 24th May, 2011. I spoke to Rahul Saxena, Swati, Pooja. Today I spoke to Mr. Anil Arora (Relationship Manager) however he transferred this call to Ms Swati (Investment Manager) and she told me that cashless cards will reach by end of this week or 1st week of June which I have been hearing from everyone. When I asked about the gift then she denied that I will not receive the gift since it was a wrong commitment from their colleagues and in lieu offered me a gift voucher for tour & travel which I won’t accept in any case. She committed me that I will get this gift after a month which I don’t believe her. So, I want to cancel this Policy and get my Rs. 20,000 refunded immediately or else I will be compelled to file a consumer court case which will only bring bad name to Reliance. I am so worried about your response behavior on phone, In my 100 calls nobody has responded me ever. I have taken this policy due to along with that plan company provides me whole family medical cashless card and assured gift and money back policy as per your employees statements. Please do the needful about my email ASAP. For ref please please go through blogs and complaints on your websites.
