[Resolved] reliance mobile connection — disconnect the mobile connection | |
dear sir, 20 days back I purchased a reliance mobile connection in name of shiva enterprises.In inception the connection worked for 15 days after that the connection was disconnected by the company. I was completely astonished by this.how can a company disconnect connection unexpectedly.this may fix some one in a problem.Reliance Executive asked me to submit my address proof again and I did it at that time.Even ur reliance web world executive are not supporting.Is this the way you are serving the customer. sir, i have rechage my account with 650 RSC n getting sms of recharge, but at this time my account not showing that balance n also not able to make any STD call by using 8375 prefix ...what ican do.

this my 4th letter 2 reliance communication about to start connection of rim in Agartala i.e North-Eastern region).
Sir ur company is giving so much good network nd offer that i cant used due 2 not present rim connection there, for which i m becomming very upset.
plz try 2 start rim as soon as possible without any further conveniece.

hi, i had recharged my rim mobile from reliance fresh of 650 rupees for std free(rim to rim) at night from 11pm to 6am, and 578 rupees balance for making other calls, but after recharge i received a sms in according to sms i got 438 rupees but after few min.i ceck my balance than that was 413 even though i was notreive or make any call during that period.what is it? why my balance is not given as std balance.
why not given me balance 578 from 650 recharge.

Reliance Mobile — disconnect connection
i am a prepaid coustemer by barring mobile number [protected] i have submited my photo id three time and i have a recipet of the same from reliance.my phone is dissconnected on 23rd and from them i have romaing to reliance web world at basheeerbagh in hyderabad then they said me that have sended the document to the abids above vishal supermarket third floor i have gone there and met ravender who take care of prepaid division and he say everyday when i go there it will start today. when i ask for senoir manger he say no one is there we have reported to mumbai i cant help.i have wasted rs300 petrol and suffered a lot but till date no response.i have nessecary document proof of subbission also. i belongs to bihar state.(bhagalpur district).the network connection is very bad since from two months...company members are not taking steps to solve the problem...customer &company both are having loss due to the network problem...so sir please try to solve the problem..
reliance mobile connection — Notice sent by RCOM , Fraudment and thretening behaviour envolved.
i was taken a mobile connection of reliance [protected] last 1 year ago, in which RCOM's WEB World guy has wrongly activated wrong plan details due to which 19000/- bill was generated in 1 week time.Mail for the same has been sent from myside approx 40 times to RCOM but problem yet not resolved.
Now RCOM has sent Court notice at my address for non submission of bill payment.
Please check for the same. I am having mail records.please give me a call to know brief details.

and my per sms charge deduct for my Main Balance..
