deduction of amount

Dear sir/maidam my mobile no 9416594325 ,i have not subscribed any VAS excluding caller tune but amount
Rs 20 deducted on 27/10/2012 without my request ,i could not contact with customer care because i was in
roaming at this time ,again Rs 30 deducted from my a/c without my request on 14/11/2012 ,it is very wrong
process ,so please refund my deducted amount

Sir,
My name is Usha Yadav and by profession I am a chartered Accountant.
I am using relaince mobile (9313486677) and without any subscription relaince is deducting amount.
They download tunes etc. and deduct amount.
when I dial for customer care immediate after deduction they even dont pick the phone and all lines are shown busy.
And anytime if they pick it up they say that I have subscribed for the same even I dont subscribe.
It happened many a times I recharge my cell and they deduct the whole amount without any usage by downloading the tunes etc.
Now its too much I cannot recharge this much of amount.
The relaince is really cheating people.
My lots of friends have the same complaint.
Sir, I have option to switch off from reliance to any other company providing the same services.
but matter is that the cheaters should be punished that they don't dare again to do so.
Reliance is such a big and reputed company but I dont know why they are doing such a bad business of cheating people.
I am very busy otherwise I would have visited the court my self.
Now it is my request that they should get punishment for the same.
I would be waiting for your action.

I am using reliance mobile (9021442907) and without any subscription for cricket pack relaince are deducting amount.
They automatically subscribe for cricket match pack and deducts amount.
I called customer care many times for unsubscription for the same.
they do unsuscribe for that period only and again when another series comes they starts it automatically
and moreover they dont keep the records of complaints which i had lodged.
Next time when you call them they will say we havent have a records of your compaints
and obviously for any complaints they are not giving any compaint number for the record of customer
It happened many a times I recharge my cell and they deduct the whole amount without any usage.

I dont know why But still i respect reliance but this has to be stop

my mobile no 7876453422( reliance gsm mobile) my amount has deducted rs 40 without information and no any service is demanded by me and no service provided by them when i call to know the reason customer care did not know satisfactory answer

please resolve my problem

Dear sir/maidam my mobile no 7876453422 ,my amount have been daily ,while i have not submitted any
VAS ,the mobile company provider subscribed VAS without prior request of customer and my balance become
zero from Rs 22 ,so please add my deducted amount and deactive VAS if you subscribed any sevice and please
never subscribed VAS on my mobile
