Reliance GSM — Very Very Poor Network

Dear Sir,

Regarding above subject, i want to inform you that i am dedicated customer of your product, and my No. is[protected] but since 2 months your service is very very poor, i cant call anyone and from last 15 days if i want to call anyone then i have to try atleast 1, 000 times and afterthen no gaurantee for talk.

Therefore i request you to please take care of your services otherwises your more customers is switched over on other network and u cant loose your good customer as well market also.

please take necessary action in this matter urgently.

I'm lodging this complaint from a small town Abhayapuri(Head quqrter, N.Salmara sub-division), Assam against the Reliance Mobile GSM service.The company launced this service here in Nov'2006 with 2 towers (used Motorola BTS).After one year in service, the network became horrible .Call blocking, call breaking, droping are getting most general phenomenon.Our complaints, requests to local office, customer care everything went in vain.Sometimes, we are told that new towers are approved and it will solve our problems.But still after 3 years, we have not seen any new tower or any fruitfull actions from the part of the company.Ofcourse, from last year the company started converting the Motorolla BTS by Alkatel BTS which further detoriarated the situation as the network signal range
is ony 2 to 2.5 km. as against 10 to 15 km. of Motorolla BTS.

Sir, we have no option out to get rid of the problem and so approached you .
expecting positive response from your end,
Public from greater Abhayapuri.

Reliance GSM Smart card — Network coverage is very poor

I live in CSEB Colony Korba West Chattisgarh. I have Smart card provided by Reliance GSM service. I am facing network problem. To make or attend a call I need to go out of the home every time. Its really very frustrating. I complained many times their customer care executive says they can't do any thing it really bad service, but no body is taking action.

I am Abhishek Srivastava. I am from Satpokhari, Dulhipur, Chandauli - 232101. I am using Reliance CDMA service from past 2 years. But I am suffering form this service last 6 months. The BTS is not working properly. Network is very weak in this area.

Reliance Mobile — Network Coverage Related

No Network coverage in Home (IN DOOR), I give complaind minimun 10 time but no action
reliance network is very bad.

I tried to contact customer care cente from mobile but I am facing Call drop problem from any reliance mobile in this area of Brahman Society IN Naupada THane Area. I am owning 3 Mobile of reliance Pl. check the problem at your earliest.

Reliance Mobile — very poor network

I m using reliance CDMA mobile number from last 10 months,in my area where i resides there are very poor network of reliance mobiles as i complaint to cutomer care of reliance they told it will be good in few days,but there are no change in that,due to this network problem there are lots of call drops of my calls,i have to call many time to complete a songle call,due to which my usage are very higher side as well as due to this problem i m unable to get many important calls

EAST AND WEST BUT RELIANCE GSM IS THE WORST IN THE WORLD I HAVE EVER SEEN
i have reliance gsm connection and the network is very poor never connecting to its own network always saying congestion in network. i had recharged it with rs79 for night unlimited reliance to reliance pack but i never able to talk with my family members.

hello sir, i m using reliance gsm no. for 15 month s its mumbai no. the problem is i dont get network in malls, cinema halls... offices i called c.care several times they say that the work is going on i am hearing this for the last 1 year can u plz tell me when u r going to improve u make the innocent customer fool by saying india no.1 network. sometimes when i call any number the operator says this route is busy plz try later they keep on saying this 100 times & in 101 the call get connected. u r not no.1. and plz let me know who approved you to say that u r no.1network of india. 1 more thing ure messages dnt get delivered on time in delevery reports it shows pending & it gets delevered next day. so this is the india no.1 network which reliance is providing us. put some towers in the city rather taking hrithik roshan as ure brand ambassador & throwing him crore of rupees. i have chossen a slogan for u guys RELIANCE INDIA"S NO.1 WORST NETWORK. & I CAN BET RELIANCE NETWORK IS NEVER GOING TO IMPROVE. so all innocent customers out there take any network except reliance else u r going to cry lifetime.
