I have reliance no.7877592676. I top up my account of rs.50 on 17 dec 2010. But my all balance have been deducted and my balance remain -4.98 rs.They activating Caller tune and other services without demand or request.While contacting customer care on 198 they also refuse to register the complain.also they didn't speak properly or mannerly.Please stop stealing money from customer and take stringent action against culprit.
