Dear Sir / Madam, I paid Rs 125 for Reliance STD Card recharge for moblile no - [protected] on 7th Feb 09 to your Sultanpaliya/ RT Nagar/Bangalore branch. As of now the amount/ validity not credited for that mobile no[protected]. I contect personaly to your castomar desk they telling contect Reliance mobile castomar care no problem our side and reliance mobile castomar care telling they have no data about recharging that day. Pls note today is last day for gress period of that mob. no. for Reliance STD card. coz I have earlier balance of 105 RS whice expair on 26th Jan 09.If it will on get charge then that 105Rs cant use. Today morning at about 0900 hrs I recharged my phone (No [protected]) with Rs. 201/- from Reliance Fresh outlet address given below.Venu Surya Vihar # 54-13-5

Now the time is 1300 hrs and my phone has still not been re-charged. Request take immediate action towards this.
