Reliance Mutual Fund — Non availability of statement

I have invested Rs 4000/ in Reliance mutual fund on 14/9/2010 vide application no 0524726 and ICICI Bank cheque no 933849. I had three times requested for statement, But they have neither sent the statement nor replied. Your are requested to send the statement on my registered email address [protected]@yahoo.com

MY FOLIO NO. IS[protected] I invest in 5 Reliance MF thru SIP. Inspite of repeated reminders and compliants to the custormer service I failed to get the hard copies of my Investments. The email sent too is also for only 2 funds. I also called to their customer service no. of HYDERABAD, given by the agent[protected] but there's no one to life the phone.
HDFC MF service is best in the town as they are more compassionate and service is SEEN in their CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT Unlike RELIANCE MFs.

This is the 5th or 6 th email sent to customer services department of reliance. I do want to escalate the same to higher ups.
