CUSTOMER CARE REPRASENTATIVE SAYS, THEY HAVE DISPACHED THAT WITH CONSIGNMENT NO 220794 BUT NOT ABLE TO TRACK.

I have invested Rs 5000/ in reliance infrastructure (Growth) fund before 3 years trough their agent in ICICI Bank.I have received my statement thrice in three years. Now I am trying to sell it through their customer service center.Despite giving them all the details they are not accepting the redemption order. The email site is not showing any redemption option. The site is complicated with so many options which they have not provided either with the statement or through email. Kindly look in to the matter by which the innocent investors will at least get their amount.

I brought new Reliance number for mobile. Once i recharge and did one mintue call. Company cut my full balance without any information. Customer care have no reply why we cut balance. Very very bad service bad company.
