I have invested Rs.10000/-(Rupees ten thousand only). My account No. is [protected]. I am not getting Accounts Statement regularly inspite of my several requests by e mail. As desired, I sent written rquest the Registrar, Karvey, Hyderabad.for registraton of e mail ID. Number of times, I tried to contact toll free No.[protected]. But I could not get the connection. To day also I tried about four times from my mobile No.[protected].
In this connection I have requested on the following days:-
(1) By e mail on[protected]. (2) Written request to the Registrar, Karvey, Hyderabad for registering my e mail id on 17th Jan 2009. (3) E mail on 13May 2009 and 14 May 2009. Last statement was received on 15 May 2009 in response to my e mail dated 14th May. It means I have to request every time for the statement. At leaset now on wards, if I get my accounts statement regularly, I will be thankful to the Reliance. I hope the concerned personsection may note my e mai lD and do the needful.

the cheque is drawn on punjab national bank bharatpur(rajasthan)
So far I have not received any information regarding the periodic fund value of the units and any other information related to this. You are requested to keep on informing me by mail or through postal services regarding this.
