Anyone with me to Sue Reliance for their mean faraudulent actions????

Guys, despite terminating my net connect + connection i had to pay Rs2085. This was totally because reliance had done something wrong on their side. They activated my connection without my permission. They did it without my consent probably to make some money like they do with others. Who's with me to Sue them for this.
