[Resolved]  Reliance Net Connect — Cheated me

Hi this is Mubeen, I have purchased the Reliance data card through Vriti Infocom as I got an offer saying that I would get high speed data card (3.1 Mbps) along with scratch card plus offer and free holidays to GOA.

I have received a kit with a lower speed data card (1x) which is not yet got connected till date. Also, I have not got any scratch card and holiday coupons.

Also, while trying to pay via online through credit card, it said transaction failed and hence I have paid you by cash. Later I realised that the payment has been deducted from my credit card account!! I am now trying to call the representative Parvez since yesterday and he is not picking up the phone. I request you to change the data card to higher speed as promised within 2 days or else I would go to consumer court. Please be informed that I am taking the video screengrab of this complaint so that it would help me to proceed further.
