[Resolved]  Reliance Net Connect — Worst Service Provided

To Whomsoever it may concern,

I am using the Reliance NET Connect Broadband Services since February 2010. I am regularly facing some or the other issues with the service provided by Reliance.

I had bought the Device from Baroda, Gujarat. Device Number is [protected]. Its a postpaid connection that can be used free of cost in roaming. I had relocated to Pune for my job related to prospect. So I use majority of the time from Pune. Last Friday till evening my service was running preety OK. At 8:15 When I tried to connect using the device, it started giving me some kind of errors and it was not able to connect. So I preferred to give a call to Customer Care on[protected]. First call was answered by a guy called Prashant and he told me that your services are suspended but no reason is mentioned by Back Office. Payment was not an issue as it was a regular payment that is what he claimed. He promised me that he has raised the complaint and will get resumed in next 3 hours at max. So i waited for that response till 11:00PM. But i haven't heard back from your side. So I had again given a call and this time it was Swati. She mentioned the same stuff but i had forced her to tell me the reason behind this crazy step. So she said that we don't know any thing so contact the reliance webworld, Asking me to roam around in pune to find the webworld. As i am new to this city (Pune) I don't know much about after struggling a lot i was able to find out one. So my first issue is whats the fun in keeping Customer care if they don't have all the information with them?? Saturday morning before doing any of my work I visited Reliance Web World on MG road in front of Arora Towers. There that guy tried to again reach call center to find out the exact issue and what he told me was that there was a negative document verification. I said what?? He said that is what they are claiming right now and due to that they had stopped the service. I had requested him let me know which documents you want and I am ready to submit it right away in original as well as copy. You know what was the funny reply this is from him, Connection is from Gujarat Circle so there is no meaning in submitting here so kindly go to Gujarat for submitting docs and than only service will be resumed. Is this the way your system functions? On one side you are saying its total India Coverage and for service again go back to the place from where it is activated. I called again customer care and this time it was Neha who answered my call. She said me that its fine if you submit the docs in pune and i had asked her to talk directly with the webworld guy and both have conflicts in there opinion. At the end nothing came up. Bloody hell was the situation. I asked him to lodge a complaint against the company and he told we don't have such facility. So Again i contacted a customer care and after explaining the same thing I was able to lodge a complaint.

My main complaint is that after providing me the service for 5 months and taking the payment now you are asking me that there is a problem in claiming your identity.
It means you are not able to verify me than give my payment back. I don't mind using others services as Reliance is not the only option for me. When it comes to take the money you guys takes the money from any unknown person and when it comes to providing the services than you take step back. Is this comes as a part of agreement with customer? Crazy hats.

There was not a single intimation call from your side mentioning that still there is some problem with docs so submit another set of documents and you guys had blindly took the decision of stopping the service. You should have given me a couple of days before taking this step. If i had failed to do so than you guys would have been doing some right. But no no no, NO one had took the burden to intimate the customer. As this is what you give to your customer at the end of the day.

If you guys don't have any answer for my things than lets have it with Consumer Court.

This is to bring to your notice that no pending payments will be done from my side until I don't get a proper service. Last week also there was problems with connections and this is the complaint number regarding that[protected]. This issue was regarding the network jammed that is what claimed from your side. So in total since last 7-8 days i am not enjoying your service and I am not going to pay for that many days,

I havent heard back any thing for this and now what I had learned is that those bull people has totally stopped the services.
