Reliance Net Connect — Excessive Billing

sir,
My mobile no. is [protected], from Jan 2008 .This net connection under the night free plan(10:00pm -6:00 pm)This is to draw your attention to my present bill(April-May) of
post-paid connection which is excessive than my usual bills of
previous months (Feb&Mar).
My usage of Internet services is restricted to night hours only (Due
to the night free plane)& there is no possibility o[censored]sing my Internet
services during day time.
I have talked to ur representative in Reliance Centre at
Gajraulla Distt-Moradabad. to provide me detailed billing, but they
refused to provide the required information.
So I request u to please enquiry into the concerned matter &
provide me the detailed billing with hour usage otherwise it will lead
to customer dissatisfaction.It has caused a great inconvenience to me
to pay such a huge amount & that to without using ur services during
day time.
I request that my extra paid money should be refunded after
the proper enquiry .Plz do the needful at the earliest so as to
increase the faith of customer in ur services.

account against your bill on Tue Mar 18 11:55:47 IST 2008 Thank You
Reliance.
