RESPECTED SIR ,

SUB : REGARDING BILLING AND SERVICE ISSUE OF RELIANCE NETCONNECT+

I HAVE BOUGHT A RELIANCE NETCONNET+ , POST PAID CONNECTION FROM A RELIANCE SERVICE CENTER ON 8/8/2011 , FOR UNLIMITED DOWNLOADS , WITH A SPEED OF 3.1 MBPS TILL 5 GB , BY PAYING Rs 1399/- . I WAS HAPPY FOR THE FIRST 5 DAYS OF THE SERVICE , I WAS ENJOYING THE SPEED ATLEAST UPTO 1MBPS . BUT LATER ON I BEGAN TO RECIEVE ONLY 2 TO 5 KBPS . INBETWEEN I WAS ASKED TO PAY Rs 293.54 FOR BILLING CORRECTION WHICH I PAID THROUGH ONLINE BEFORE RECIEVING THE BILL . LATER I EXPECTS THE SPEED IN THE CONNECTION , BUT I DIDNT RECIEVE IT . I RANGED UPTO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SO MANY TIMES - WHO REPLIED THAT IT WAS CLEAR , PLS WAIT FOR A DAY OR TWO . FINALLY I WENT TO THE DEALER FOR RETURNNING THE USB HUB AND ASKED HIM FOR DISCONNECTION OF MY SERVICE , WHICH HE REFUSED AND THREATED ME BADLY . LATER I RANGED UP TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REGARDING THE DISCONNECTION , THEY SAID THAT IT MAY TAKE AROUND 20 DAYS AND I HAS TO PAY THE NEXT BILL . I WAS HIGHLY FED UP WITH THIS ISSUE . WITH A POOR SPEED I WAS ASKED TO PAY THE BILL . I JUST DIDNT PAID THE LAST BILL AND I ASKED THE DEALER AND THE PERSONS TO GET BACK THE HUB WHICH I DIDNT USED EVEN FOR A MONTH AND I LOST A SUM OF Rs 1399/- ON IT . NOW I WAS ASKED TO PAY Rs 800/- AS MY LAST USAGE BILL OF A SPEED OF 2 TO 5 KBPS . KINDLY HELP IN THIS ISSUE . PLS MAIL ME AT AYU4U2@LIVE.COM .. MY NET+ CONNECTION NO : 9382393596
