Reliance Net Connect — Sold me by fraud

Sir I purchased Reliance NetConnect BroadBand+ from Reliance World of Sahibabad. Its number is [protected]. At the time of purchase, they told me the monthly plans...
Rs 330 for 5 GB and Rs 250 for 3 GB. But after one month when I asked hem for recharge. they told me the plan Rs 1210 for 5 GB. But at the time of purchase they confirmed me that every month I can get recharge of 330 Rs for 5GB. Now they say that recharge was only for the first month. I asked them to return the net connect device, but they said it is only registered in my name. Now I can't do anything. When I called customer care, for this issue, they just said sorry for this.
