Reliance Netconnect 3G Postpaid (800 / Month) — Lack of speed

I've taken this connections instead of Broadband thinking that this connection will satisfy me with the speed in uploading pages,but it seems that this connection doesn't keep up with this generation now (G) lagging in speed.....(I should get 64kbps after my 5GB usage is over according to the terms and conditions but m getting only 5.6kbps..this is my Email ID - [protected]@gmail.com
