Reliance Netconnect — Misuse of personal document | |||
I am one netconnect+ user having datacard id [protected].My contact no is [protected].They have one my service portal where I can check bill and other account related information.There my name is coming wrong and when it comes to billing my name is coming wrong.I created three service request in that portal and both of them were closed by them without resolving the issue and not even infoming me.[protected],15070512 these are the two of them which were forcefully closed. I called up customer care and they are expecting me to walk up at reliance outlet.If I have to do this then what is the idea of making online portal and customer care!!They are claiming that for name change I need to submit document.But point is I already submitted document while taking the connection.It's their folks who made wrong entry in database!!I am not asking for a name change.I am telling tO update same name whichever is there in the document against my connection.There should be a scanned copy against each subscriber.They are saying that they don't have this document now.This leads to a different meaning.Where is my document then?Are you misusing it.I need answer for this .If I don't get then I shall take this as document abuse case and take this forward to higher level.
