[Resolved] Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ — Customer Harassment | |||
It is very surprising and unfortunate that before selling the product you people give a lot of assurance. But as soon as the the product gets sold you don't bother about what was assured and promised. I purchased a reliance net connect broadband+ data card with the offers of one scratch card and a goa trip voucher. The product was delivered on 24th february. I was also assured by your person who came to deliver the product named Madhu having the phone number- [protected] that on payment of Rs150/- I will be provided with my rental agreement. It has been almost a couple of months now that I have not received the scratch card nor the rental agreement even after various calls made to the person and your agency. The person who delivered the product neither responds to my calls and almost its switched off and when calls are made to your agency it is passed over to each of the departments. Can I know that why my request is being unheard and unattended??? Should I take the step of lodging a complaint for a fraud case at police station against your agency??? And finally tell me whether I will receive my documents ever or not??? Was this information helpful? | |||
