Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ — Why Service not activated up to 12 Days

Sir,
I have purchase Data card "Broadband +" on 29-08-10 Bill No. 649 From
M/s Shyam Telicommunication, Morena TIN NO. [protected]
I Have Deposited all the documents along with form on 29-08-10
Such as Driving Licence & Telephone Bill.& Photos

There is Mr. Ravi , Who attend me & assure me that internet will be activeted within 2 Days,
But Now 13 Days Paassed,& my connection is not activeted till now.

Daily i have Called him & Daily he assure me that ur problem will be solved by Today,
Solved By Tomorrow & So On....

So Plz take Nessary Action, That why my internet is not activeted till now
