[Resolved] Reliance Netconnect Broadband Plus — Ghost bill generated even after termination of connection | |
I have requested for termination of this connection for the second time and paid the due amount for the second time in last 2 months. This connection is already been terminated after I have paid the last outstanding amount Rs 750 on 27th November 2009. For proof I can show the cancellation request reference number:[protected] and[protected]. Reliance Mobile number [protected] Account No [protected] I even got a termination confirmation call from a reliance representative. So how another bill has generated? Even then this bill keeps generating every month and i have to pay this huge amount every month. What is the solution? Was this information helpful? | |

Reliance Broadband — Bill even after termination of account
Hello,I had a problem with my Reliance broadband connection in march of 2011.
Due to network problems in march, I registered the complaint in reliance customer care in march and they checkd out and asked me to terminate my connection as they couldn't rectify my issue.They said they will waive off my bill amount in march and took the my request on termination.But,even now i am receiving bills
for the month of march,april and may.I even wrote a mail to them but no action.

i have purchased broadband data card on 29dec-2009 and my services has been activated on 31 of December and i have paid all the cost as was need of reliance web world and that was cost of broadband data card, and i have used these services from 31dec-2009 to 5thjan-2010.
My services has been suspended on the date of 6jan-2010 without any intimation and i have complained regarding this issues, but nobody resolving my problem and i am going to their offices from past two days now today is 8thjan-2010, still i am facing same problem .they are providing worst services to customer.
i want strict action should be take against these people .
