[Resolved]  Reliance Netconnect — Worng Billing

Dear Sir,

Reference to subject above, from last 2.5 months i am using a connection of reliance netconnect No. [protected] every month i have been charging by them for unused consumption which despite of my repeated communication with them over phone and by emails nothing has been done so far to rectify the same the necessary records of my communication is attached for your kind reference. Even for this month also they have repeated the same.

I therefore left with no option but to seek your kind help and advice in this matter ASAP as i am under tremendous pressure from the collection agency of reliance on every day basis for no fault of mine.
