Reliance Netconnect — call center harrassment | |||
I have setup Bill Pay with my bank to automatically pay my Reliance data card bill on presentment. The bill is each month presented to my bank account on the 14th and shows up as payed on the 15th. There is no human intervention on my part. Reliance starts calling me on the 12th of each month to remind me to pay the bill in time, then calls me until the 18th or 19th to say that the bill is still not showing as payed. I got a payment confirmation email "FROM RELIANCE" on the 15th. I have no idea why they harass me like this but its becoming a terrible irritant for a full week each month.They call me 3 times a day, say "Hello Reliance" and then don't say anything. I say bill is paid. Yet they keep calling me and sending SMSes that say that the caller is VENKATESH/PRAKASH/MUSKAAN, if satisfied send YES or NO. I am sick of their communications.
