Reliance Netconnect — V.V. Poor Speed

I have a Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ connection since past 1 year and every month I have to pay a bill of above INR.1000/- for a downloading speed of not more than 5-10kbps.....
I'm fed up with their service and soon planning to change my service provider....
Please dont buy reliance netconnect i[censored]r not living in Tier 1 cities.....

Reliance Communications — low internet speed of data card

from about 20 days the internet speed is very very low. I have complained in reliance communications office but they are not responding to my complaint. Some times it creat problem in connecting and when it get connected not even google opens. Sir please help me. I am in great problem.

reliance data 1x card — Very slow

I have taken reliance data 1x card and i recharge every month with rs.801 regularly but when i download the files its really very very slow never expeceted this from reliance. When i walked in to the store to change this data card to high speed data card they say that i have to purchase again the new data card where the older one cannot be replaced.
Reliance is one of the biggest companies now in india i dont think they can do in this way business. I request please give some alternative methods to increase the speed.

Hi i am anand...I am using prepaid reliance net connect cdma 1X data card. But speed of my net is very slow. Now the speed was 3kbps to 5kbps.ana more time it goes to below 1kbps It is so slow when downloading of 60mb files its very slow and take long time to complete download.I am recharge every month of Rs 801. But speed was slow. I want to increase the speed. 40kbps to 80kbps. Any recharge card which increase my net speed. I Hope you understand my problem. plz solve this problem. help me.

i use reliance net connect 1x from 7 months and i use rs 801/- . But it has never given me more than 19 kbps.where as when i was using mobile gprs with aircel sim it was giving me 30kbps. by using a internet download manager. reliance is the worst

Reliance Data Card — Slow Speeds

Contrary to the claims being made by Reliance Communications about high speed broadband internet being available at speeds of 3.1 MBps, I have on record a statement that actual speeds in "Real World" situations does not exceed 500 KBps. I have asked them top suspend services as they are not even willing to acknowledge a complaint which was recorded on 16 Nov 2010. I am getting download speeds of 227 kbps and upload speeds of 9.7 kbps. Staff in their call center state that I live in a problem area. Didn't they know this when they sold the data card

Reliance CDMA — plan is not working proper

i have number[protected] .i recharjed with 599 at 14/11/2010 it should that my all india relince to relince free but when i m out of dharmpur my relince to relince call is charged i many time talk tocare and filed complaint againgt this but still i m facing same problem plz halp me

i totally agree with all . i am getting 10-16 kbps constant speeds.

Reliance is a firm for Cheating people wherein quality is a question mark and their Add will be international level but the Netconnect 1X CDMA is prestigeous matter of Reliance . I also a witness cheated by Relaince the speed is worst .

i bought a relince net connect few days before now i am getting a speed of 2 to 8 kbps...i suggest to not go foe relience net connect ever they are the cheater and they are just making peoples fool. very poor service, donot buy use any phone modem GPRS

relience net connect just sucking the people they miscommunicate and sell the broadband of speed 2 to 8 kbps and said that they provide 3.1 mbps...i bought the netconnect just few day before and i never rcvd a aspeed above that 10kbps download ..even unable to open the Gmail ..i several time disconnected through..they are lier..Reliance is cheeting every one...

Reliance Netconnect — Slow Speed with no service from company

I purchased Reliance netconnect Broadband+ 3.1 Mbps facility with MDN No. [protected]. As reliance claim to provide speed upto 2.5-3 Mbps but in reality it provides just 36-60 Kbps speed which is slighter higher than the dial-up connection and not a broadband at all. I personally reegistered complaint 4-5 times but no action been taken in reference of that and I am stuck with this misguided and worst facility. After paying such a huge amount for the service and suffering is not what the consumers deserve. Reliance is just making money and not concerned about the consumers. I personally frustrated from this service and demand for some action or I like to get back all my money whatever I invested in it.

i bought a relince net conect online from your company on one year advance rent your agent and costmer care asked me thay are giving me one month extra plus a holiday gift voucher but you are falier to give me both,you are a fraud company.my netconect no is [protected] by name sachin kumar.
