[Resolved]  Reliance Netconnect Data Card — Services barred only after 5 days o[censored]sage stating that documents not complete.

Dear Sir,

I have purchase one RELIANCE NET CONNECT DATA CARD on my name on 4th-Mar-2010.
After verification by their executives the services of that Datacard started on 5th Mar-2010. But only after 5-6 days o[censored]sage the company stopped its services stating that my documents are not complete.

Sir, is if my documents were not complete then how come they started the services? And now, after almost 1 month of keeping it on hold and frequent communication with them they are still not starting the services nor they are refunding my money.

I purchased that datacard for INR.2550.00/- and after that I have spend more than 30 Rs. every day going to private internet cafe for my works.

Kindly help me and tell me what can I do so that I could get my Money back.
