[Resolved] Reliance Netconnect Plus — Giving unnecessary trouble | |||
Dear Sir, I took Reliance NetConnect Plus on October month with the plan 1099 ( usage 10GB with speed 3.1 MBPS ) . But the day onwards I never got such speed. What exactly I got is 1 Kbps,2 Kbps,...maximum 40 Kbps rarely. So I called to their customer care and tried to sort out this problem,but it dosen't . I got assurance that after 30th november I supposed to get the specified speed in plan. So I waited for the day, but till the day they suspended my services I didn't get what I supposed to be. I didn't pay their november month bill , and now they are continously calling me to pay the usage bill. How come it possible to pay which i never used because the speed which I was getting is not suitable enough to navigate from one page to another in Web Browser. Please suggest me to do next..
