[Resolved]  Reliance Netconnect — Postpaid to prepaid migration

I lodged a mail complaint on 29-Apr-2013 in customer care for Prepaid migration and it is prolonged to till date and second month bill is generated, I have already paid Apr-13 month bill and again your people are forwarded the May-13 bill with out using data card. If you feel it justice. In below you can get the total mail conversation between me and customer care. for your convenience i am once again providing the details below what i have sended to your customer care,
Sir i am requesting you i want continue as a prepaid customer please cancel the last month due and make me as as privilege customer

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that once again i am faced inconvenient situation by visiting your Web World- Bhavanipuram branch, Vijayawada.

I planned to convert my postpaid connection to prepaid. to inquiry about that i contacted customer care people. They informed me to visit Web world, Than i met the web world executive Ms Zabeen and i asked to migrate to prepaid she told she has taken request and you will get a call from the concerned department. than i leave the web world. I thought it will it will processed. She given a refenrence no[protected].

Because of My tight schedule i am not able visit the web world, because i have not got call from you. i have waited for your call. when i call the customer care on 24-Apr-2013, i am really surprised because she informed that there is no request from your end for prepaid migration. Than i lodged a complaint against this issue. she given reference no[protected].

But still not received call from your people than once again personally visited the Web world-Bhavanipuram branch on 25-apr-13. They informed me internet is not working that why we will arrange a call back they have register the complaint in the complaint book. but i did not get the call from you.

Then today i have wasted my 2 hours of my valuable time by visiting the web world- Bhavanipuram branch. Now they are informing me that they will start the process from starting phase. But i don't have time to visit your web world again and again. i have informed the customer care people that regarding the payment don't call me. send legal notice we will met the consumer court and we will settle the issue in the court itself. Now i am also lodging the complaint in the consumer court for wasting my time and money and irresponsible attitude towards the customers.
