Regarding HSD signal issue towards my Netconnect Broadband+ number 9311129487.
i am using this connection since 4 month and never found such technical issue, i am not able to use HSD Data card in High Speed mode (HSD) Mode since HSD signal is availabe in rajkot,
due to this i have raised complain in call center and they have promised to provide resolution in 24hrs , since 48 hrs there is not resolution , (Conversation ID with call center 2205536413 Mr.Stiven)
There for we visited Reliance Web Word At Kalawad Road Rajkot and we Spock to Mr.Sahil (so called manager )
Rather than filing complain from their end , they called to customer care *355 And had conversation like he is owner of data card , seems he thinks we are dumb never know call center to file complain ?
We have requested a demo or exchange or reimbursed product seems there is issue with back end technical issue with my Data card a
