[Resolved] Reliance Netconnect — Reactivation problem | |||
Hi ,I dont know whether by raising complain here will make any changes as I already saw many complains raised regarding the same issue as I am facing right now. I ma using Reliance NetConnect Data Card and to reactivate the service through customer care is something like hell. They just will speak the predefined things being taught to them, no real help ,just give assurances . Its been a week that I have paid the amount and my services are still deactivated. I have called them more then 10 times and my complains,request all of them were raised but nothing happened. They always use to say about their concerned deptt is looking your matter . I really want to speak to those what they have been doing. I am raising a complain over here so as to urge if anything can be done regarding the same. I have also faced same problem, i rather paid the bills o[censored]nused period when i even gave the instrument for its data card repair on my own to a tansyamuna authorised centre. No customercare support was their for months, then i explored about some Huwaii centre gave it there then also after so much inconvenience I had bought Tata photon plus and got it deactivated Reliance netconnect connection is very bad it keeps on disconnecting and there customercare support is very bad.
