[Resolved]  Reliance One Card — did not received permanent card

reliance one — NOt received the permanent card

I am E. VIJAYARAGAVAN, a regular customer of Reliance One stores in Chennai . 18 months before they gave a temporary customer card bearing No. [protected] to me . Validity of that card is 180 days only . But till date I have not received the Original card

This year i filled all the details for your Reliance one card at your Reliance Fresh outlet at Ahmedabad, , got temporary card(no [protected]), but as of now i had not recd permanent card, kindly look into the matter and arrange to despatch the same at earlist possible.

I registered for Reliance-one Membership card at Chander Nagar outlet 6 to 7 months back... NO PERMANENT CARD HAS BEEN RECIEVED TILL DATE... The fellow behind the counter says they have no idea when will i get the card... But After going through this page i m sure that i m not the only one who is unsatisfied with the management of Reliance one.
Let's just hope our complaints be noticed and we get our cards soon.

Last year i filled all the details for your Reliance one card at your Reliance Fresh outlet at Mathekere, Bangalore, got temporary card(no [protected]), but as of now i had not recd permanent card, spoken to your customer care two month back they confirm the address etc but i had not recd the same, kindly look into the matter and arrange to despatch the same at earlist possible.

Reliance One original ( permanent) card — Reliance One original(permanent) card not received

DEAR SIR,
A TEMPORARY CARD WAS ISSUED TO ME BY NUMBER:- [protected] ON 14/062008 FROM THE "RELIANCE ONE" AT: I.R.C. VILLAGE ; NAYAPALLI ; BHUBANESWAR-751015 ( TEL. NO:[protected] AND I WAS TOLD THAT WITHIN 2/3 MONTHS I WILL BE ISSUED WITH THE ORIGINAL(PERMANENT)CARD. HOWEVER AFTER REPEATED FOLLOW UP OVER THE SUBSEQUENT MONTHS THROUGH THE OUTLET AND DIRECTLY BY ME OVER THEIR TOLL FREE NUMBER:[protected] I DID NOT GET THE DESIRED RESULT . EACH TIME THEY HAVE TAKEN ALL MY DETAILS OVER PHONE AND CONFIRMED THAT I AM ELIGIBLE FOR THE ORIGINAL(PERMANENET) CARD AND IT WILL BE DISPATCHED TO ME SHORTLY . THAT SHORTLY HAS BECOME VERY LONGLY NOW. TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ORIGINAL CARD.

IN THE RECENT PAST ON 19TH MAR'09, I GAVE AN ULTIMATUM AND HAD A VERY DETAILED DISCUSSION OVER THE TOLL FREE NUMBER WITH MR VIJET ARYA AND TOLD HIM THAT I SHOULD BE FINALLY GIVEN AN SMS OR CALLED OVER MY MOBILE LATEST BY 21ST MAR'09 AND HE FINALLY AGREED TO THAT. NO SMS CAME OR NO PHONE CALL WAS MADE TO ME TILL DATE.

BUT, ALAS IT WAS NOT TO BE AND THE FINCTIONARIES OF RELIANCE ONE( RELIANCE FRESH) EITHER AT BHUBANESWAR OR AT THEIR CALL DESK HAS BEEN CARELESS, IRRESPONSIBLE AND CALLOUS IN DELIVERING THE DESIRED SERVICES TO ME.

I NOW SUGGEST THAT IT IS A FUTILE EFFORT TO GET SERVICES FROM "RELIANCE ONE " AND THE ONLY SOLUTION LEFT IS TO CANCEL THE CARD . HENCE, YOU ARE ADVISED TO CANCEL MY CARD FORTHWITH UNDER SMS AND E-MAIL TO ME AS ANY PRODUCT WHICH I DO NOT WISH TO USE NEED NOT BE OUTSTANDING IN MY NAME.

ALTERNATIVELY I MAY BE PROVIDED OVER SMS THE TELEPHONE/MOBILE NUMBER OF A TOP EXECUTIVE OF THE COMPANY.

I have not yet received the Reliance one permanent card from the begining. Please send me the
permanent card as early as possible. Once i complained to my nearest Reliance Fresh store
but they have not taken any action about this. Please reply and send me the permanent card.

Its been more than a year since i filled the appliation for Reliance one card at your Reliance Fresh outlet at West Mamblam, Chennai, card no. ([protected]), but till now i have not recd my permanent card. I also spoke to the person on your Helpdesk counter however he provided me wrong contact details of customer care.Would request you to look into the matter.
