[Resolved]  Reliance One Card — reward points upgradation pending.

my reliance card no is [protected]. i am a regular reliance customer. 10-15 days back I purchased for more than Rs. 3000/- and forgot to take the card from the counter sales person. (In the above purchase we had made 3 nivea fresh natural spray. the purchased was made in reliance fresh old no 125 new no 80 eldams road, teynampet chennai 600018. today i informed the person incharge and informed him. He found out our above no and informed us that someone has encashed Rs. 291 from the card. He requested us to take a fresh card and issued a fresh card. no [protected]. i made 3 purchases today for rs. 126/- vide invoice no C2370 #3280 19:33:16 10DEC013 WHERE THE CARD NO IS ENTERED. WHEREAS THE SALES GIRL INFORMED ME THAT SHE WILL ENTER THE OTHER TWO BILLS PURCHASED BUT DID NOT DO SO AND INFORMED SHE WILL DO LATER THE BILLS ARE C2370 #3267 19:17:53 10DEC013 FOR RS. 551.80 AND THE THIRD BILL IS
C1029 #0143 17:30:29 10DEC2013 FOR RS. 872.74. KINDLY SEE THAT IT IS ACCOUNTED IN MY NEW CARD [protected] GIVEN TO ME TODAY. I ALSO REQUEST YOU TO SEE WHO ENCASHED RS. 291 IN MY OLD CARD AND TAKE NECESSARY ACTION.

It is proved that Believing RELIANCE is a mistake. Shop for one amount and you get the points for another. your card points will be used by other person. But no action will be taken by the company people. if you ask the customer care people, they will give you some points but not actual points. after all, we are living in INDIA.

Reliance One card is way to loot the consumer.So many time they are not returning money for saying they have no change so they included the change money in card, but u will never get the money return back from Reliance

I am having Reliance one card. I went to Aurangabad, Maharashtra
reliance mart mall. When I gave on the
counter they told Reliance one card is not acceptable I have to open one more
card as reliance mart then only they will sold the goods.

When I have done shopping in vizag reliance mart they have
accepted the reliance one card, they have not told me to open one more card.

Why it is needed to open one more card of reliance mart.

Why it is needed 2 cards in reliance, why 1 card is
acceptable in some places and not accepted in other place?
