[Resolved]  Reliance One Membership Card — Reliance One membership card not activated till date

In the year 2009, I filled all the details for your Reliance one card at your Reliance Fresh outlet at Fathepura, Udaipur, got temporary card(no [protected]), but as of now i had not recd permanent card, also this card not activated till date. kindly look into the matter and arrange to despatch the same at earlist possible.
