[Resolved]  Reliance Postpaid — plan changed

Respected Sir,
I am using this phone from 2years but suddenly company has changed my plan from 299 to 349 & they have never asked from me and activeted that plan.Since i am paying the bill and i have complained to coustomer care also but from 6 mounth i am bearing the charges . I dont know what to do now if you help me then i will be very thankfull to you otherwise i will change the company because i have no option left.
