[Resolved]  Reliance Power Ipo — reliance power ipo refund voucher not received

i have applied for 215 shares of rupees 25875 of PELIANCE POWER IPO, companyissued me 16 shares only of rupees 6880and company send me a refund voucher of the rest which was stop payment my company, i sent this voucher back, now near about 2 months have been passed but i did not get my refund voucher, i have also compalened sebi.my app.no 56059096 and my d/p no [protected]
so i REQUESETED PLZ SEND my refund voucher IMMEDIATELY
