[Resolved]  Reliance Prepaid — Recharge not added to the account

I had recharged using Giftmate on 30th November 2009 for Rs 100/- but was not credited with the same into my account. The transaction message from Giftmate was successful but Reliance people did not have the slightest clue of the same. I made a complaint of the same ref - Service Request ID[protected] on 3 December 200, which was closed stating that a representative had talked to me and I received an SMS also for the same but I did not actually receive any call. I wrote to [protected]@relianceada.com and they asked me to take the proof and go to nearest centre which I did and talked to Miss Ankita at Old Padra Road Centre, Baroda and she raised another complaint - Service Request ID[protected] on 8th December 2009 and it was supposed to be resolved in 3 days but have not heard from anyone till today 16th December 2009.
