[Resolved]  Reliance Prepaid — customer care *369

guys try contacting reliance customer care at *333 and you get the cold voice of the IVRS. then when choose the option 4 which is to speak to the customer care representative voila you would be told that your call is sooo important and that they will connect to the ccr. then comes the really intresting thing of your life---- now after two seconds you get a voice telling you "PLEASE CHECK THE NUMBER YOU HAVE DIALLED " and the phone goes dead.
is it not great service from RELIANCE???????????????????

Dear sir
this is to inform you that I had purchased a reliance prepaid number [protected].
I had called the customer care to discontinue the number as this number is lost. After 7 minutes of hold the customer care representative asked the number again. I told him the number and my name also. He then asked for the billing address. I told him my address :- saraswati vihar, rohta road, meerut.
He said that what is house number ? I told him that no house number is there. Then he told me that contact the store from where you have taken this number because house number is mentioned in the address and i cant close the number from here.
Sir please tell me that when I had not written the house number in the form then who has written it. Now I have to waste 1 hour to close this number on the next working day. And in the mean time if somebody will misuse the number then who will be responsible.
Kindly see where is the loophole in the system and rectify.

I have an prepaid number of Reliance, which is [protected]

Monthly there is a deduction of Rs.30 for the Jobs on phone, movie masala etc, which i have never subscribed, and if you unsubsrcribe those msg, the result is same your money has already been deducted,
and again there is unnecessarily messages are coming from reliance, disturbing the customers

your customer care no does not work properly, the no is always unreachable,

I have a reliance prepaid no. [protected]. A few days ago cricket pack was activated at my no. and i request to you for deactivate it at customer care number. After this i got a message that your service has been deactivate. But after this Rs. 5/- per day is deducted from my account. I complaint many times at customer care no. ( *333 or 198) but no action took from your side till date.
I lost Rs. 50/- by your mistake. Now please deactivate my all services which are activated on my phone and refund my money which deducted by your mistake as soon as possible.

09/06/2010 around 08:30am i called (mr. Raghunath) attend the call and he said you are activate some love tips for that i dint activate any like that without information without sms how can you deduct on money please do the need full

Dear Sir,

I am a new prepaid user of RELIANCE CDMA(PHONE NO IS [protected]). i bought new sim from independent sales shop, but my sim is deactivated, what is the problem, the sales shop owner says that he is submitted my id proof (passport)to (reliance), I have also recharged with reliance cdma unlimited plan (it cost is 599 rs, one month tarrif), but my sim is still deactivated, who is bear this cost.

Please reply as soon as possible.

I have a similar problem. Only this time the *333 is not working. What the [censored] and they do not have any other customer care number. Reliance thinks like the BSNL of old. they think they have done us all a favor by giving us these connections. Reliance is one un-ethical company. They have a limit on the number of connections that can be terminated in an area, broken up by dealer. I gave up my postpaid connection but the dealer did not close it. i was bugged for the rentals for the next 5 months. And the guy kept telling me "sir, please pay, else you would be a defaulter in the reliance database". Like I give a .and like it was my fault that the connection was not terminated...
My mobile no.[protected], under this amount deducted so many times without valid reason(reason bhi yahilog create kerte hai). Reliance customer care is careless features of his company and I think all problem creates by him If I called customer care over phone their irresponsible answer is" I have asked caller tunes, using sms" It is nothing but cheating. So many times happened. If anybody responsible person in reliance who know how to tacke this would inform me. Or another option is throw the sim card on garbaze.(Paise banane ka ya badhiya tarika apenaya hai Reliance ne).kr lo bhiya duniya muthi me.

no voice call facility working in andaman islands for the last two months .customercare not at all responding .RIM office in aberdine bazar does not open since disruption in voice call service. i have a same probles from reliance.vry vry poor servicce..i usauly lost y balance witout making calls..never evr gt connctd to custmer care ..so that i could ask or make any complaint.
To reliance customer care services,
I am prepaid customer from mangalore, [protected]. I want to make a complaint regarding unwanted activation of sms pack service called health pack service from number 55123 on 11/1/2011. I called customer care but the representative refused to make a complaint for this. According to them this is third party which involved and this is done from my side. This has not been done from my side. Neither did I called any number nor did I messaged for activation of this services. I am aware of flash sms, which also is not a case. This is been happening to me every month if you check my record. I have lost enough money for nothing. Even your customer care representatives do not try to clear my doubts properly nor do that accept to make a complaint. I was told previous time that such kind of incidents won’t happen again. But there is no end for this. Previous time I was told that my DO NOT DISTURB services is activated but this also seems to be untrue.
30 rupees has been deducted from my account. can please go through this complaint of mine and refund back my money with deactivation of this service. I would be highly pleased if this happens.

myself punit rathod, i have purchased reliance prepaid card ([protected]) about 5 months ago and submit my photo & licence as proof of id and address.

after few days of purchase, my incoming & out goind service was stopped, so i called to customer care they told me your service has been stopped because of non receips of document so submit the same.

i submit 2nd time my document to reliance web world jamnagar and after few days (about 7 days) all the servece was started, but once again...!!!...! my service was stopped because of non receipt of document..!..!...!...!

AGAIN 3rd time I submit my document, after 4-5 days service was started...
then after 1 month... Again Again AND again... the service was stopped because of DOCUMENT...!...!...!

Now I 4th ( FORTH TIME...!!!...!!!) submit my document on last thursday till the service have nor started...!!!...!!!

so pls... pls...pls ...give me answer when my sim service activated.

i am sunit choudhry from rawatbhata (rajasthan) mob no.[protected]. i have repeatedly informed to unsubscribe of sport news.but still rs. 5/- is being deducted daily in spite of several reminders to unsubscribe.i never subscribed for the same service.
it seems that reliance has become cheater. you should change the reliance name as cheater prepaid mobile.
reliance is one of the worst service provider in this Universe.

Reliance Prepaid — unauthorised deduction

I am using reliance service , my mobile no.[protected], from last seven days you are daily starting the cricket pack, without my permission, repteadily I am compleating about it to our custmer care, then also, its not stopped, yesterday when I ask to our custmer center , to stop this service he give me A toll free number 56501, but when I call on that number it chares me Rs.6 per minute & does not give me any support to stop this service, its very bad and shameful on u that u missguiding the consumer by your custmer care reprsentative "Mousime", I am very unhappy about it that u are there to help pople to solve there problem but you are putting them in lots of trouble, I f you will not going to support me I will going to change my service provider
What can I say about the thefts in Reliance? I have faced a lot on this. The latest being this:
My number is: [protected]. On[protected], Rs 10 was deducted from my balance. When I lodged a complaint, they told me that I downloaded a java game from R-WORLD at 1:25 pm. The strange thing is my mobile was lying inside a almirah at that time. So only ghosts can do it. The customer care guy gave me a complaint number.The next day, another Rs 10 were deducted. When I called again next day[protected], the customer care guy said it was charged wrongly and I will be refunded the Rs 10(not Rs 20) deducted on[protected] and I will get the refund in 6 hours. I never got that refund. So I called customer care again after 6 hours, their reply was they will not refund it saying that you have downloaded java games and they don't care even if I stop using their service and switch to other operator. I will surely switch to other operator to stop my ife becoming hell just talking to their customer care guys.

reliance prepaid mobile connection — I want to Terminate my Mobile Number Permanently
