Reliance Prepaid GSM — Balance deducted without my consent repeatedly

I am using reliance prepaid GSM services and really fedup of their services. They have activated and cut monthly suscription charges without my consent despite complaining customer care clearly asking them not to do so. This happened repeatedly about 5 to 6 times. It is very strange how such a well known company like reliance do such mistakes DELIBERATELY. I do not think they really care for customers who use reliance services as this is the case with others too who have complained here.

What I want is my deducted balance and I do not want them to activate any monthly suscribtion at all as I do not require them. Please bring this to their notice. My reliance GSM number is [protected]. Thank you
