[Resolved]  Reliance Prepaid Mobile — Regarding Caller Tune

Dear Sir / Madam

we have one mobile of reliance which is comes with prepaid reliance card but due to security reason i don't mention here the mobile number but i will give the reliance sim card registration name & address.

from last 2 month caller tune activated on our reliance mobile (love aaj kal - song) we have call atleast 10 times to cust.care but they don't disconnect this caller tune from our mobile. i have tired from that atlast on last week 22/10/09 at 3.15 pm i was go reliance webworld at zaveriwad, relief road.they have received my complain and give me assurance that after 48 hrs. caller tune was disconnect but still its not done due to this my mobile balance is west . so, pl. do the needful
