Reliance SIM Card — Activation of services that are not asked | |||
i got reliance sim last month...and since then it has been a problem...Every now and then they are activating one or more plans on my sim card w/o my consult....when i m talking to thier customaer care executive, they say that since it is in their database that means i have asked for these activation...but i hav never sent any this kind of message.. i hav already lost around 60 rs...pls help Was this information helpful? | |||

i am kumaresan from tamil nadu . i purchse agsm card (no.[protected]) . my sim is not activate .please activate my sim card
this time when i talked to your customer care..they were quite responsive and i received 28 rs back in my account which i lost two days back..i just wish all your customer care executive were same supportive then i would have got my earlier lost money as well...n i request you not to start any other service pack in future..
