Reliance Smart — disconnection in every 20 seconds on STD call on landline phone

dear sir/madam
when i did a STD call on any LANDLINE phone in india, the phone got disconnected in every 20 seconds.
i m facing this problem since last 7 months, i alredy made a complaint to ur customer care no-[protected] but they did not take any action.i m so much in trouble.
this problem occurs frequently on a particular no.[protected]

kindly solve this problem immediately.

Reliance Smart — Charged amount inspite of free reliance Smart to Smart scheme

I used Reliance Smart voucher of Rs.399/- (Reliance smart to Smart unlimited free) recharged on 4th Feb.2008. but they charged me 43/- for Smart to Smart. i complained them but every time they says that "we have forwarded your complain to our billing dept. & u will soon get your money back". But yet now i Haven't got.

I am facing a lot of problems because the unwanted advertisements call from a fixed number [protected] adn more. It relaly disturbs when i am working and I have already compliadne it to the customer services so many tiems but no actions was taken aganist it. Please look iit into te matter as soon as possible.

Reliance Smart — deactivation of astro pack

Due to some mistake astro pack has been activated and after my regular follow-ups we are not getting the said services deactivated and Rs. 30/- per month is being charged per month.

Even the customer care is not taking the matter, in my opinion the said optoin is only to cheat the customer.

i completely agree. reliance is the worst service. they are completely fraud. most of the time i am not able to call from my network. when i approached their customer care services, they told me that soon such problems would be solved, but even after months of complaints and e-mails, the result is zero. i am completely fed up of the service my no-[protected]

sir mere cell par kokar industrial 3 ka towr show karta hai.sir yaha par 8 bajte hi network chala jata hai aur phir subah 7 baje aata hai.maine 5 bar complain ki.bt koi action nahi liya gaya

sir/madam i have a number [protected] since 5 years.
i have a tune from the movie "anjam", the song was "bari muskil ha" since 1 months.
But my tune was change automatically, after giving several complaint my tune was not yet activated.

Though message sending failed they deduct the amout from my sms account. I called customer care but till now there haven't solved my problem. Please do the needful.

Reliance Smart — not giving the internet settings

i deepak goswami having the life time connection of reliance smart since oct 2008.recently i.e on 8 dec 08 i have recharged my cell no-[protected] with Rs 303/- in order to use internet connection on my cell.but after 12 days i.e today i dont get the settings to use internet on my mobile.where as the validity of that recharge is one month only.i have called costumer services on [protected] and talked at least 50 executives, supervisors named supervisor navneet, exe sourabh jain etc.but i neither get proper response nor the settings.i get fedup from the service of reliance smart.then i must say that RELIANCE SMART IS THE WORSTEST SERVICES PROVIDER IN INDIA.
