Reliance Smart GSM - yet not refund wrong deduction

Dear sir,
i m d user of 9098001871 that mob. number which is reliance smart gsm number.
one week before i complained to reliance smart customer care about wrong deduction of my balance which SR NO. is 150513520 and they said that your request solve within 2 days & that complaint not solve yet.
and one another things i wanna share that i am very sick off with smart customer care services they never give good response to their customers.
please solve my problem as soon as possible.
