[Resolved]  Reliance Smart GSM Prepaid Service (Bihar) — poor service

Sir,
I use Reliance Smart GSM pre-paid service (Bihar). Whenever i try calling 401 to recharge and 402 to know my balance i am told that due to some technical problem my request can not be granted. this causes a lot of inconvenience.
Please look into the matter.

it is 100% true that reliance never keep their terms and conditions standing like any ather connection( BSNL,TATA Indicom). i got connection of reliance of life time of 880+750. but after sometime they changed their tarrif and value of recharge coupen. it is rubbish . if you cannot survive by providind this tarrif ,please let us know we will discoonect your connection but please doont make us fool. they can go to any extent to get prfit. they can never be compred with BSNL. BSNL is really best one. smart of relaince always keeps on changing their tarrif to maximize the profit.

if i want to make call, then message will hear "CHECK OPERATOR SERVICE"

I am unable to call customer care from my no.

pls do needful ASAP.

I had been purchased a handset (Classic 632) on 12 Jun 2007. When i was purchased your retailer said to me that if this handset will give problem then reliance will replace it with new handset. Now my handset was giving problem so i had drop it in one your service center(Adonis Electronics PVT Ltd. P-598 Block O.G Ground floor, New Alipore Kolkata : 700053) on 25 feb 2008. But from that very day to now i did not get my handset. and i m in trouble becoz it was using for my office work. My Job no is [protected]. I taled with your customer care on phone but they also not gave me a proper solution.If you have this type of problem then how can we use your service.

Please sir do something.

I have a smart lifetime connection, but company closed lifetime scheme and my Rs.750 Lifetime RCV is disable. what is this, currently i am recharging by 110 tariff voucher for 6 monthly incoming plant & getting Rs.2 p/m for outgoing. this is fraud, please action against Reliance Smart GSM Service.

2008.But after that outgoing call is possible but incoming call not coming on that number.
Plz solve Problem Immediately.

All bloody operations and billing systems and poor, worst system maintenance for the billing and offer maintenance schemes. no one is working properly. Reliance should stop blind recruitment for the people sitting in billing and maintenance centers and updating the INetwork.

Not only reliance all the service provides are the same. All for money. No Service provider for the services.

I have taken a new connection on 20/04/2008 along with new handset ( i.e. LG RD3000, mobile no. [protected], SIM No. RAXRU[protected]), but sorry to say my first experience with reliance connection is very bad, which is not exceptable .
Though i co-ordinate with my home dealer ( i.e. Jhakar Telecommunication, Mahipalpur ) even with the concerned person of reliance named Mr. Manoj ( contact no. [protected] ), there also no positive response. Its more than 24 hrs i have taken the connection but neither i got any call back from anybody even from customer care though i have provided my alternate conatct no i.e. [protected].
i will be more happy if any concerned person look at the following and took the initiative ASAP.
Feel free to contact on my alternate no. anytime i.e. [protected] for any update

Mein 3 years se smart use kar raha hoon. 3 saal mein iske service se mujhe satisfaction kabhi nahi hua, kabhi network ka problem kabhi kissi aur cheej ka. Abhi ek problem hai costumer care 58200/[protected] se contact hota hi nahi hai. kissi bhi offer ka pata kaise lagayein.

Dear sir,
i am one of the smart customer actually i did a easy rechage for GPRS services on 02/05/2008 evening and i got the settings of GPRS and i saved that but after that i got a sms saying that contact to customer care for activations of services, and i called a lot of time but did not got any response from you, since i wested my money so i want to back my money otherwise i lodge a complaints to consumer forum...
kindly do it immidately...

i got lifetime connection of reliance smart 1 year ago.At that time company scheme was that without any terrif or power plus voucher my call rates are ---
smart to smart (local) .19 rs per minute
smart to other mob .59 Rs per minute
S.T .D .99 Rs per minute
sms .25 Rs national

They have given this scheme for 1 year and now they are closing it.How can they do this ?means automatically change their policy.this is a serius cheating with customers.iI think reliance mobile company is a cheater.mob:[protected].[protected]
