[Resolved]  Reliance Smart GSM Prepaid Service (Bihar) — poor service

Sir,
I use Reliance Smart GSM pre-paid service (Bihar). Whenever i try calling 401 to recharge and 402 to know my balance i am told that due to some technical problem my request can not be granted. this causes a lot of inconvenience.
Please look into the matter.

i am user from bihar. i came from there to punjab for some official work but my mobile doesnot work. Customer Care told that it is auto roaming and will be activated automatically. it has worked till Ambala Cant. after that it doesnot work. pl look into the matter and get my mobile started. my no is [protected].

I want to use the wap service provided by u so, i recharge my cell no. [protected] with 303 recharger coupan on 09.06.08. But the service is still not starting on my no. Only two time it works about 2 to 3 mins. Pls check the matter seriously. If required then call me [protected].

I would like to know what documents can be submitted for address proof while taking SIM of your company. Since my father has submitted the photocopy of SBI passbook along with LPG(Indane) passbook.But the no.[protected] has not been activated.Is it mandatory to produce only Voter I-Card for address proof.Please intimate me as soon as posible

i brought a reliance smart sim one month ago from the local dealer of budhgaya, the mobile number is [protected], but that sim was activated only for seven days since then its dead, means all incoming and outgoing calls are barred. i went to ask to the dealer several times and he told me that he already sent my documents. again i went there then he told me that i've to redocuments once. again i deposite all my necessary documents to the dealer its been more than17 days but the sim is still off. even 2 days before i went there to ask the condition of my sim he told me that the document still not arrived in patna. and to ask the actual condition i tried to call customer service but thats also i couldnt due to network busy.so i am really dessapointed and harrrsed allready and many of customers like me is been harrashed and the story is on in budhgaya. please inform me what is the actual problems and conditions and with in how many days it will be really activated again.

I am using reliance gsm (smart) prepaid connection and my cell no. is [protected]. i have recharged with 303 gprs voucher and have received the settings thrice, but till now gprs has not been started in my cell. i have made compaints more than 7 times by calling [protected] but ihave not received any feedback. please solve my problem soon otherwise i'll be bound to take some harsh steps as my problem persists from more than a week
There should be a facitlity for prepaid customers to know their call details.I want to know my call details from 11.06.2008 to 16.06.2008. My phone no. is [protected]

To who-so-ever it may concern,

This is to bring to your notice that the cellular service of Reliance SMART, in the Jharkhand region, which was at one time considered to be the best (I don't know excatly when!) has depreciate to an all time low, literally it has hit the rock bottom. The grievances faced by me are as below:

1) I cannot get the call and billing details as a hard copy or on the internet.

2) There is no signal in any Reliance cellular phone in the event of a downpour and the signal is restored only after a minimum of 24 hours.

3) The working hours of the local Reliance customer care office are from 10 AM to 1 PM and 3 PM to 6 PM, but they usually close and lock down for the day even before it is 5.30 PM.

4) I usually recharge with the Rs. 198 voucher. I was informed by the customer care executives that all local calls would be charged at a rate of Rs. 0.99 / min. However, whenever I call up a local landline number, I am being charged at Rs. 1.49 / min. I was told that the problem would be rectified but till date neither has nothing been done nor the extra charges been refunded.

In-fact Reliance SMART is the worst and the most inefficient service providers amongst all.Even BSNL is better off. The worst thing that you want is that when you call a Reliance SMART customer and his/her phone is switched off, there is no pre-recorded message which intimates that the number has been switched off, only a beep repeats. SMART has become the most rubbish GSM service provider in the country!

Airtel is the best service provider.

Last month I've recharged my smart no. with Rs.303 rcv.
After that i always have trouble in service.
Sometime my net doesn't work,
sometime my outgoing becomes inactive,
some say mythat they tried my no. 20 times after that i received their call, but actually ididn't have any incoming call which people say i.e. 20 times.

i complain in customer care, but they didn't take any action.

I am not satisfied with your service, as i register for smart tune, for that they cut my balance around 31st November. but did not give the smart tune. ans also i am not getting customer care no any time it may in night or day. some time able to got Bihar customer care no([protected]) but they are not taking the complaint taling call to ([protected]). but this no i am not getting since i got the connection.
For that please do me a favour.
