[Resolved]  Reliance Smart GSM Prepaid Service (Bihar) — purrrrrrrrrrrrr service

use lesssssssssssssss reliance gsm smart coneection is just wastage of money nd mind...it says...rs.303 nd free net for 60 days...bt wat comes after the recharge is just 0.45% or 0.77% or maximum of 5%...of the 100% network usage...thatssss it...!the net is tooo slow for anypage to open...the pages displaye U R OFFLINE...:( ...called customer care...complained ...various time...no feedback nd...no steps taken by smart...i had spend my about 20 days out of 60 days nd done 2 days of peacefull net...nd all 18 days... FIGHTING THE NET...calls doesnt go in a single chance nd if twice or thrice it says ERROR IN CONNECTION...then better 2 give rest 2 ur fingures nd...throw ur cell for 10 or 15 minutes...within these minutes even though the owner of smart can make a call from that network...:)...foolish...my lifs...most biggest...step taken by taking smart sim...nd they (smart) dont care 4 this...they r useless...nd making fool of india...but still no body to help...thank u very much reliance gsm i salute u...u r stealing us nd we know this till cant help ourselves...since the number is given to companies i cant throw thwm bt hav to kip with me all time...god will punish them(reliance gsm)...:(

network is so poor in bihar so ples. do something & on thing send me recharging method & voucher details.

I have taken Reliance Smart GSM connection some 4 months ago. Today I recharged my connection with
R.111 recharge coupon. At the time of taking connection,
the service center told that my validity will increase by 6 months whenever I shall recharge it within 6 months. Even with this recharge, my validity date is not extended. It is still showing my previous validity date i.e., 10th november, 2008. Kindly take necessary steps so that my validity date is extended. My mobile no. is [protected].

Mai pichhlai 2 month se mobile number [protected] se" Bihat Tower, Dist-Begusarai, State-Bihar " kharab honai ki sikayat 58200 par kar chuka hu.Aap ke taraph se kuch kiya jata hai nahi sirf [protected] se complain karnai ke 3 din baad se puchhana suru kar detai hai ki "sir Aap ka complain thik huaa ki nahi" jaisai hi mai khata hu nahi to Aap logo ki taraph se jabab milta hai ki "Aap ki sikayat transfer ki ja rahi hai"...Mai 2 mahino se samajh nahi pa raha hu ki complain kaha transfer kiya jata hai...ya phir customer ko murkh bananai ke liyai

mera problem hai ki mere no ka net nahi chal raha hai smart ne kaha ki free gprs ek sim liya tha uspar lika tha likin 10 din chal kar close ho gya..mera no ye hai[protected] hai

reliance smart gsm service jharkhand — Poor service weak connectivity

Reliance was perhaps one of the first two mobile service provider in jharkhand state (that time bihar). It has been long time since then, but inspite f being the oldest player, it has poorest service quality in the telecom circle. this is really pathetic. most of the time during peak hours, it is not possible to make outgoing calls due to error msg "NETWORK BUSY" and incoming calls are welcomed by the message that the called relince number is out of network. This is really sad and this has been continuing for years now. For humanity, relaince must either invest more for customers or move out of this mobile business. i mean how can a service provider irritate its customers, then moreover take money from them for using the service. I do not know if we acually USE their service. What is government doing???
I would like to say that smart network is very vey very weak and bad.
many types it made me embarresed.
because whever i try to call any one it takes much time to connect, i have been using this service last 3 years, and now i have decided that i gonna disconnect it...

I am a customer of your company under mob. no. [protected]. I am facing a lot of problem with this no. No any call is possible without repeated try even on same network, whereas call on other network is rare. For example mob. no. [protected] and [protected] are belongs to my family on whitch call disconect with repply "this is not a valid no."or"this facility is not allowed on your mobile.
Complain regarding this matter is pending with the concerned after my repeated request.
May I hope that my problem will solve after my this mail?

there is a problem in our gaya communication area, where there is a problem regarding the message. Actually, whenever i send any message to smart prepaid mobiles, it goes again and again till three days.specailly in case when the sender is of rim customer.what shuld i do?please solve this problem...

Dear Sir,
I want to tell you that I am using reliance GSM prepaid service and from begining I have lots of problem in ur services, such as no coverage area, when mobile is showing network but no in comming are allowed and most urgent complain is that without any reason my services or my number [protected] has been deactivated all incomming & out goining calls and for this I have put complain to customer care (complain no:[protected], dated:-09.06.09, time:-10.30 am & c.care executive was Miss Kanak) but till now I haven't got any reply or any information that why is it so happen.Whenever I want to ask the reason about this matter I got only one answer that please keep pasance.
Sir, I want to know only that would I change the company or it is my bad luck that I have choosen this service & kindly tell me one thing that what should I do if I will not get any result of my problem.
Kindly shortout the problem & make the service one of the best.I hope I will get satisfied service on comming days, so that I have not to mail any massage regardin problem.

koi baat nahi customer hi kuch din mein relax kar denge...
whatever i can write...looks very small about gsm service of reliance...its too...bad.. lene ki .sonchana bhi nahi ...
