this is my second repeat request that i am user of smart mobile no. [protected] life time and it was misplaced by me for last 6 months . now it is discovered and has balance of 11.00 rupees and valid date is 12.12.2015
but it is not getting recharge for any amt. voucher.
pl. help me and reply me by my e-mail address because mobile is not receiving any call.

It's a complain against of GPRS services. I am not satisfy with your GPRS(Internet) service on computer or mobile because of its very very slow speed and since last two days problem occurs with connect to internet. so please improve your internet services.

I m a user of reliance mobile smart GSM about 3years.my cell no is [protected].
I have recharged power plus of Rs 130 which provides unit calls @30 paise to SMART users & 50 paise to other users, But today at 8.11 pm I talk one unit to [protected] (SMART) and immediate got message, that reduced 50 paise for that call. So
kindly resister my complaint, and i hope u would take a action against it .

Dear Sir, I m Zia ul Hoque, Mobile No. [protected](Smart). I has been recharged by Rs. 399/- (bol india bol) RCV on 10/08/2008 at 12.10 am. I get ougoing but i dont have incoming in my cell. I really getting lots of problem for it. I gave complaint to customer care no. [protected] but i dnt get any responce. So i am requesting you to register my complaint and i need your help.

I m a user of reliance mobile smart GSM form 2years.my cell no is [protected]
i was E rechange of rs 303 for unlimited GPRS internet on 30 oct 2008 at 7 pm but till now not activate on GPRS in my connection, i was alreddy complain in customer care in 31 oct at 2 pm. but till now not actived on GPRS servies and customare care services is very poor . so pls return my rs on 303 and i m now not intrested in GPRS services .reliance coustomer care are not taking any action against it, nor solving my problem

this is sourav Gupta here my mobile no. is[protected] do here by that i was logged a complain against automatic deduction of money of rs 140/- in 1st november but the problem is that no solution is done by reliance when we want to contact with customer care alwaya the server is busy or they have no answer or they directly disconnecting the phone so kindly see on my problem plz

I am not satisfied your service now a days. your service will be very poor.it gives always network problem outgoing and incoming also. sumtime it speak " this facelities is not reable on your mobile plz contact your customer care" when i call any number. so plz solve my problem. YOUR CUSTOMER CARE NO.[protected] IS NOT CONNECTED AND REPLY VERY BUSY.

I m a user of reliance mobile smart GSM from 3 years. My cell no is [protected]. I have activated caller tune in my no. For this service we are charged Rs.5 in an interval of 5 days, but this amount is charged after every 4 days on my no. They also charged the same amount twice in the first week of activation of this service. I have complaint about this many a times but m not getting any fair result. They are not willing to consider my complaint too. As we are a prepaid user, we don’t have any written records of our no. Thus I request you to take serious and strict action to solve my problem or give the relevant information to take legal actions against such a poor and fraud telecom service provider

i am using smart gsm servicein madhaya pradesh my no is [protected] last 1 month i am facing the problem of balance deduction without any reason I have done complaint 4 times . but my problem is not sort out i am very disturb with activity of smart(Reliance) GSM
now i am thinking to take any legal action if my complaint is not sort out

I have taken recently two connection in GSM Smart Service scheme . SIM cost 25 rupees and activation charges 30 rupees. and according to this scheme i should get daily 10 rupees . But from last five days i have not get even a one rupees.

Further I have taken this scheme on this number [protected] & [protected].

Please let me know when can i will get daily 10 rupees.
