[Resolved]  Reliance Smart Gsm Service — No response of complaint at customer care

I am prepaid customer of smart gsm service from 2006. From last 7 days i was unable to SMS "check operator services" message come. i complain at customer care ([protected])about this problem they give me complain I.D. [protected] & told me that they will resolve complain within 24 hour now till today they not resolve my complain.

Dear sir,
I am your reliance smart gsm prepaid lifetime service using this about since last 3 years. My mobile no. is [protected].The 12th december 2008 I recharge my number at about 10.30pm because it was my last validity date.But on 13th december when I made a call service holder tolds me that your validity has been expired pls recharge your account although i have recharged my account just before 1 day.Though incoming is validated but outgoing is till withheld.I approached several times to customer care for this problems but till date they couldnot make it easy for me.Kindly look forward to have an attention on this.

I am smart cust. from last 1 year and from the date i have taken this sim i am in trouble. Without any prior notice or telling my balance is deducted. i was having 40 rs. yesterday and now it is just 95 paise left. They just activate any pack without my permission. What to do with this...
Please somone tell me the solution.
And I am very dissatisfied with the cust. care. They just talk rudrly like Some bloody "Road Chap".
Reliance India Mobile is just making fool to their customers.

My Mobile No. is [protected]. I recharged Rs 303 on 17 Jan 2009 in afternoon. I hoped I would get the GPRS service within 24 hrs from recharge-time. But unfortunately after about 30 hours I yet didn't get the service. Importent to maintion, I'm using GPRS for last several months. I called to the customer care for about 10 to 15 times or could be more. I have 2 complain ID : 86065833 & 96141179. I called last time 8-42 pm. Surprisingly the customer care representative said my problem had been solved. I really have been very much upset about the matter. I still can't acess the GPRS & they say " Your problem has been solved!" Please take the necessary steps so that I can access the service as soon as possible. My handset (Motorokr E6) has the necessary settings for the last three months, so there's no problem in it. I hope you would help me to get the SMART GPRS Service to month and in future also.

I have purchased one classic mobile set, during warranty period this mobile got problem, so I took it to service center, but service center told me that this mobile will not be repairable, it needs to be replaced, so they had given me one "DO" and said you submit this DO in Smart Office so that you will get a new classic set. So I have deposited that DO(Delivery order) in Smart office, but they told me you come after 7days, so that you will get your new mobile set, but it is already 20days over I have not got my mobile, Pl do the needful action to get the things done, I have deposited in your Sahidnagar Office, Bhubaneswar,

I have lost my mobole with Reliance Smrt GSM connection before one month[protected]in Siliguri West Bengal.Still this number is working.After a request also the seem has not been blocked.Now I am requesting further to block the number -[protected].And please mention the customer care number in the sight.

I think that Smart customer cares are useless and worthless, though i complained to thier CCE about my problem regarding SMS, they are going on telling that "my problem will be solved within 24 hours".
My problem is that(my no. [protected]) i am unable to send a SMS to a RIM no.(the rim no. is [protected]), and my balnce is always deducted. But when i call up To CCE after 24 hrs they told that my problem is resolved. But my problem was not solved. This shows that the operator is not just only worthless but also try to make their customers .
But past 4 to 5 days a chief officer of SMART Mr. Kaustav is takeing special care for me and about my problem and he too update me regularly about my problem. And i thought that my problem will be solved.
But see the tragedy he is also making me telling "no response is coming from the other network(RIM), after that another day he told to me "today north bengal is been facing a strike", so no official activity is being carried out. And thirdly he told that it's not the fault of my no., it's fault of the other operator. And he told me that he will update soon. So my waiting continues...
I am trying to file a case on Telephone Regularity Authority of India against these shamefull work of the Reliance GSM Service. They think that they can loot us but we can't take an single action against the operator. I will Show THEM. How a normal people can break them...

Reliance SIM — problem in subscribing service

am a customer of reliance smart gsm service from last six months. Recently my incoming facility is unavailable from 10/02/2009 till today. I call to the customer care centre of reliance smart gsm but they did not give me a possitive result. My mobile no is [protected].
plz, take some necessary action as soon as possible.

I m your regular customer, .I was a user of pre paid SIM and so I buyied a post paid SIM of SMART due to your good services but recently on 14 oct 2008, I requested to terminate my SMART post paid SIM via
a PD from the office of M.P. Nagar zone 2, BHOPAL because I was satisfied with my services of prepaid SMART SIM ( [protected] ). But till now no actions are entertained. I have been contineously forced to pay the previous 3 monthly bills on the contrary I have not been using the SIM. I duely request you to take an immediate action, else tell me the proper procedure to terminate te SIM properly.

RELIANCE SMART GSM SERVICE — IMPROPER GPRS SERVICE

I have recharged by Rs 303 in my mobile [protected] on last 5th feb to avail GPRS service for 30 days.But it did not work on 13 th feb 09 and i lodged complain vide no.87976776 dt13.02.2009 at customer care located at BBSR over phone and is complaining regularly since then but in vein.Its not working till date . In the mean time 12days have already passed but my problem is remained unsolved.Hence necessary steps be taken to solve the problem in earliest possible time.

My mobile no. is [protected].It is very much irritating 4 last 6/7 months that Rs. 5/- has been deducted twice in every month frm my mobile account balance.This is happening frm sept'08.I immediately inform that 2 customer care.but no action taken or no one inform me about the actual matter.I then went out of station and now I came back two days before.But the problem still persist.More over last february Rs. 5/- has been deducted six times from my balance.And already Rs. 20/- has been deducted till 2day.
So sir pls kep eyes on nmy problem.Otherwise I will bound 2 give up this connection.
