[Resolved] Reliance Smart Gsm Service — Deduction of charges

Dear sir/Madam

I am a user of Reliance Smart GSM service since last four years of cell no [protected].But now from past one month it deduct a charges of Rs 60 on the name of Subscribing of live chat packs and live astrology packs.which i not subcribe any time. it is done second time with me.its customer care not gives proprer response.

I am facing a problem that my balance get reduce, I am reliance gsm customer from 1 year .My no is[protected] Today my balance is dedected from my mobile, Subscribing of live chat packs has been activate but i never used to activate this i dont know how thats happened .Still I have called customer care for 3 time they only say the system is upgradeable call us 2houre letter . This type of ballance dedection is done 3 times in my mobile.Please, deactivate this. As soon As possible.I finally decide to damaged reliance sim.

Good Morning Sir,
I m a user of reliance mobile smart GSM form 5years.my cell no is [protected].my balance is reduced by Rs.30/-without my knowledge, and i have not applied for any services.
i have been contacting the people of coustomer care from 3 days, but they are not taking any action against it, nor solving my problem
kindly resister my complaint, and i hope u would take a serious action against them . Also refund my Rs.30/- to my account.
