i cant ascess GPRS my mobile

i bought Reliance smart GSM sim on 26nov08 for using GPRS
in my laptop but after calling to customer care i got dissapointed.
after receiving setting twice GPRS is not working.i have NOKIA 6233 mobile. plz help me.

reliance smart gsm service never provide internet setting in spice mobile .so, remember never use reliance smart for internet connection
