Reliance — enable to access gprs

i am not able to access gprs from my cell ..infact i am not getting the settings for it ..i tried a lot but m unable to do so ...please help ..cell nokia 6500 slider ..no-[protected]

I have problem that i do not access subcription to and my accoun is decreasing .SO I WANT TO say that never use reliance.
